Sunday thoughts
Exodus from the east coast, Bitcoin nearing 52,000 American dollars, and reiterating the vision.
In a very early Steve Jobs recording I had never seen until a few weeks ago, he explores his view that there needs to be a “reiterator” of the vision — this person repeats what has to be done, what the vision is, and why it matters — until the job is completed.
In many ways, the journalism FULCRUM puts out is meant as reiterator and keeper of the vision.
Others have forgotten or given up, but we haven’t.
It’s important to note that in some prior emails where I’ve lamented American empire’s fall — both financial and cultural — I don’t point my anger or disappointment at the American people, of which I am a member in good standing.
Some of our happy subscribers who have wholly supported my recent musings include former federal judges, law enforcement, and even some veterans.
Unlike Noam Chomsky, in pointing out the manufactured consent, I hope to improve the republic rather than hand it over to communal thinkers.
But in many ways, the republic will fall. Pizza heads have spent beyond our means, the military loses wars lately, and the bi-coastal elite have a new faith — supporting weird mRNA manufacturers, fiat usury degeneracy, and covering up human trafficking chief among their faith’s core tenets. It will be a short lived faith.
Any American or Brit reading is already of course an unelected elite compared to many elsewhere; my aim is not to render the West obsolete, but rather, to protect from its own rapidly rising senile elite-driven cruelty.
I’ll pay wall this post (paying subscribers only) as it’s a meaty update from here on in — why I moved to a larger state in-land, bought more Bitcoin, and learned to love the 2020s, whatever chaos may come our way.
Plus some thoughts on the newly released “Satoshi” emails — including a poignant exchange where he revealed a preference for jalapeños on his pizza. Real pizza, real jalapeños; in the limited exchange, we see Satoshi is a coder who liked fast food, and wasn’t a Podestaite pizzahead.
Reassuring to say the least. I never fought for the lesser of two evils. I fought for a transformative good, as did many of you.
