COVID19 vaccine-induced mass death: a literally incalculable thing has just occurred in the West, and it needs to be unpacked properly. The sooner the better:
The Solomon Asch experiments, sometimes called the Asch Conformity Experiments, is where we begin. Asch was a psychologist who studied the weight of peer pressure, and how we sort information.
As per the Asch Conformity Experiments’ results, human beings are strange when it comes to how we sort information, because we don’t do it objectively — we look at the social status or hierarchical position of someone giving us the information.
When a cop waves us right and says there’s an accident ahead, take the detour, we usually take the detour. We don’t ask for his credentials in road safety matters or check his Yelp reviews first, because he’s wearing a uniform and has a cop car, so we assume he's a cop, and it’s highly probable he’s already viewed the accident ahead of us on the road, so we trust his judgment.
The Conformity Experiments showed that when a person provides an answer after a “high status” person has provided their answer first — or a person perceived to have high competency — they’re likely to copy that answer, even if they suspect it’s not correct.
One example you may have personally experienced: students in a school or university copying the answer of a popular student who answered the teacher first, instead of launching out into their own space with an original answer.
The significance of this cannot be overstated. Marketers have long known this trait, of course: that consumers buy based on copying the look or lifestyle of whoever is “cool,” whoever has higher social value. We don’t objectively decide one day that Camel cigarettes or a certain brand of whiskey are biomedically the best available choices for us in the marketplace; instead, we’re copying the decisions of higher status people shown to us in advertising & commercials, in a sense hoping or concluding it must be alright, or they must know better than us, so it’s safe for us to follow their lead.
As our civilization has waltzed along the yellow brick road of prosperity above and beyond what is required to survive, as we’ve navigated a net surplus, it has also led to laziness in professional thought — and civilizational-wide complacency.
The social class of experts, doctors, teachers, university administrators, and state government bureaucrats has atrophied in recent decades, precisely because their split-second decision making and expertise domains are no longer needed, most of the time.
People look things up on “the app.”
Doctors are nowadays just glorified order takers most of the time, following guidelines set out by drugmakers, and responding to patient demand in a very centralized and regulated sort of way.
University administrators are weird creeps.
And the Government bureaucrats again have not faced real civilizational challenge in so long, they’ve forgotten how to assess risk properly — and they’ve forgotten that when in battle, the rash decision that can put you ahead, can also put you behind if it doesn’t go to plan.
Setting aside any entirely reasonable theories that the mRNA vaccines may have a hidden second purpose, such as fertility reduction, sterilization, or de-population — and clinging only to the objective world of facts and mass-accepted perceptions — we are still left with the quandary: a significant portion of the West (interestingly, no one in Russia or China took a mRNA vaccine, as they aren’t approved for use there yet) has taken these mRNA shots, not once, but three times — and they’re angling for a fourth injection as soon as possible. (Israel is already moving toward a fourth injection, with other countries set to follow them. Meanwhile, Ecuador is making the mRNA injections MANDATORY for all citizens.)
So, the expert class, the Government bureaucrats, and all those who wish to follow their lead — which is a significant percentage of all people, as per the Asch Conformity Experiments — have plunged into this unknown and increasingly dangerous looking pool.
“C’mon in, the water’s fine!” they yell to us, as we watch in horror a few of them get sucked under the waves by something or other with big teeth.
And as long as a few suckers join them, as long as a replacement strategy is in place, perhaps those on shore don’t at once realize the obvious: something is picking off swimmers in the water.
But sooner or later, those on shore and those in the water both realize it, and panic ensues.
“Shark!” someone yells.
The lifeguard blows his whistle. The sirens blare. Out of the water, everybody, there’s a shark!
Much of what was discarded as conspiratorial paranoia by the masses ten months ago now must be considered as lofty emergent fact: ModeRNA, later renamed Moderna, had zero marketplace successes with any mRNA-based products prior to this pandemic, which allowed for Moderna’s as well as BioNTech’s/Pfizer’s quite experimental play to be used at all, instead of reverting to tried and true established vaccine science.
If mRNA is so wonderful, why wasn’t it rolled out before this historically speaking weak pandemic struck? (A pandemic, by the numbers, at least 10 times weaker than the Antonine Plague which ripped through Ancient Rome, and a pandemic simply in a different category from the horrors of the Spanish Flu of a century ago.)
The “cool kids” — either motivated by their Moderna and Pfizer-heavy stock portfolios, or other influencers/bureaucrats, or the media, or a combination of all those factors — became crazed about this experimental product, with no long term track record of success behind it.
This is our way out of the pandemic! is the conclusion they reached, and to conform with them, many non-experts and many normal people said “this must be our way out of the pandemic!”
Yet a year after the injections first became available, and there’s more daily COVID infections than there was then, a full year ago. A well-functioning vaccine, that is not.
One cool kid relied on the next cool kid’s wrong answer on the test, and the next cool kid copied that wrong cool kid’s answer, and so on… Solomon Asch conformity recursive hell is what happened, because no one can thought lead anymore, everyone is afraid of losing that blue checkmark on Twitter or that cushy consulting job at McKinsey or Booz Allen or wherever else in the bowels of the old paradigm.
As the mRNA Miracle hype bubble propped up by the atrophied expert class inevitably shrinks, then bursts in the cold — we’re left with something ugly in its aftermath: a significant portion of government officials, medical experts, media influencers, and the millions they influenced have something in their bodies with unknown long term consequences.
And aside from that, we’re left with a pandemic not yet over, our collective civil rights in shambles, and a populace on the verge of mental breakdown.
Interesting times, and I don’t have the answer or the solutions, to be clear.
I don’t have the solutions, because there aren’t any at the moment. The solution is, time for the cool kids to get their test back from the teacher — and hopefully they didn’t copy the wrong answer from the get-go. Because if they did, we’re all truly fucked.
Great article! It's why I stay tuned in.
Great piece, David! I hope Substack works out for you. I will read you wherever you are. As part of getting their own critical thinking skills back, people need to investigate prophylactic treatments, nutraceutical preventatives, and how certain paperwork works related to saying No to the vaxx, which is their God given right to do: medical exemptions; religious exemptions; Notice of Liability; and Affidavits of Declination. Thanks
